Yoni Steam Ritual
Yoni Steaming is the practice of steaming the external vulva with healing herbal infusions. In Ayurveda, it is suggested that postpartum comfort be found through warmth, rather than using cooling relief methods such as ice packs or padsicles. Warmth helps to increase blood supply and so helps the body to heal quickly, as well as balancing Vata dosha.
Yoni Steaming can occur once postpartum bleeding has ended, and can be a beautiful ritual to heal and sooth your yoni after birth.
Healing herbs may include: rose, calendula, chamomile, lavender, motherwort
In-home sessions are available within 30km radius of Margaret River, or are held in the temple space — 2/30 Station Road, Margaret River.
