Ayurvedic wisdom and philosophy mentorship for the birth continuum, including my Ayurvedic postpartum meal plan & recipes. Education during pregnancy of traditional postpartum care principles and practices so you deeply understand how to be best nourished throughout your journey. Community care & village cultivation is an integral element for a newborn family.
Guidance and support in activating your voice, your intuition, trust in your body and your primal knowing as you prepare to birth. Learning the art and science of Fertility Awareness is a life changing key for all women. Understanding our bodies in such an intimate and detailed way is incredibly empowering and insightful. This practice changed the way I understood myself and my body, it empowered me within my intimate relationships and I hope it will do the same for you.
Fertility awareness can be used for both the intentions of avoiding pregnancy or calling in a pregnancy. This eBook is geared towards using the method for contraception, but the principles can very easily be applied to conceive a pregnancy as well.It is my deepest belief that this wisdom should be passed down to our daughters, empowering them to deeply know their own bodies, to understand their cyclical rhythms and to stay connected to their cycles without ever disrupting them with synthetic hormones.

Womb Basti
Womb Basti is the pooling of warm sesame oil within a dough encasement over the womb. Basti treatments balance and nurture Vata dosha, using heat to heal and oil to nourish.
Our wombs crave warmth, especially during the Vata Apana Vayu (downward moving energy) time of our bleed or postpartum.
The qualities of Sesame Oil warms, nourishes, smoothes and soothes — it helps to tonify and aid in relaxation and rejuvenation, balancing Vata.
This artform is so sacred and healing, and it is such an honour to hold space for such ancient traditions.
The sacred and ancient modality of Womb Basti is rooted in traditional Ayurvedic alchemy — supporting warmth and increasing blood circulation to the womb. Used to soothe during menstruation, support fertility & nourish during postpartum

Your baby’s umbilical cord will be cast in clear resin, woven amongst dried flowers, crystals and gold leaf, to create a beautiful and unique piece of art from the cord that connected you and your baby in the womb.
Available Australia-wide for dried cord keepsakes of any age.
Available in 2 sizes:
Small - for bellybutton cord stumps - 8cm circumference
Large - for full length cords - 14cm circumference
Existing cord keepsakes must fit these dimensions to be eligible.
Orders for existing cord keepsakes will receive postage instructions via email, to send keepsake to Placenta Temple for casting.

Mother Blessings are an important dimension of spiritual and emotional birth preparation, to feel acknowledged and supported by your community and empowered for your birth.
This ceremony will help to establish your support network to nourish and deepen your connections leading into postpartum and beyond.
We will move through a range of rituals, ceremonies and sacred activities to celebrate and honour you.
Blessing Ceremonies are able to be tailored to your preferences to ensure this day is as nourishing and supportive to you as possible. We will chat before your ceremony to guide how the day might best look and feel for you.
Belly Binding is the sacred and traditional practice of wrapping the belly post-birth, to provide support to your pelvic bowl, internal muscles and abdominal wall as you recover postpartum. The art of belly binding is traditional to Malaysia (known as Bengkung), Japan (known as Sarishi), Indian Ayurvedic practices (known as Veshtanam) and Ancient China.
Service includes wrapping of the belly / application of the belly bind & hemp belly bind to keep (value of $70.00).
Option for warming womb paste application for beneath the bind.
Warming Womb Paste includes:
Bentonite Clay, Calendula, Cloves, Ginger, Turmeric, Black Pepper, Cinnamon +
Please note that the warming womb paste may stain the fabric of your belly bind.
