Tending to Postpartum

It is my profound privilege to stand by mothers during their sacred postpartum period.

Embarking on your postpartum journey with me involves:

Traditional postpartum bodywork, including Womb Basti, Womb Moxibustion, Yoni Steaming, Sitz Baths and Belly Binding. Brewing up peri spray herbs and lend my peri bottle, rubbing and anointing your feet with oil, tending to your womb and any after birth pains with tenderness and warmth, and being by your side to physically support your postpartum rejuvenation in any other ways you need.

Postpartum meals based on Ayurvedic and traditional Chinese Medicine principles of postpartum nourishment. A deep understanding of each phase of postpartum healing and how your to tend to your digestive system at each stage using warmth, herbs and cooking techniques to support the revitalisation of your Agni and Ojas.

Ayurvedic wisdom and philosophy mentorship for the birth continuum, including my Ayurvedic postpartum meal plan & recipes. Education of traditional postpartum care principles and practices so you deeply understand how to be best nourished throughout your journey.

Ceremony and ritual to celebrate the rites of passage you are traversing through your postpartum odyssey. Weaving sanctity through every milestone and honouring your transition on this transcendental path of matrescense, including your choice of Birth Portal Closing Ceremony, support with Lotus Birth, Umbilical Cord Burning Ceremony and/or Placenta Planting Ceremony.

  • Postpartum sessions are intuitively led by what you may be needing in that moment or on that given day. I will weave in spiritual and emotional support along with traditional physical modalities to support you in your postpartum recovery and rejuvenation.

    Some things we may weave into our sessions:

    Extended use of my postpartum tools to borrow during your sacred window (hemp belly bind, peri spray bottle, rebozo, baby weigh scales, etc)

  • Your choice of up to two ceremonies throughout your continuum

    Options of:

  • 6 meal package deliveries as needed, generally coinciding with other visits

    Each Meal Package Delivery Includes:

    • 1x Main Meal (4 serves)

    • Postpartum Snacks

    • Ayurvedic Elixir or Tea Blends / Goodies & Herbal Support

    • Meals are based on Ayurvedic principles of postpartum nourishment for each phase of postpartum healing.

    • Includes my Ayurvedic Postpartum Meal Plan & Recipe Guide eBook for recipe planning, or to share with friends and family for guidance on preparing nourishment for you.

    • Support setting up your meal train to be held by your community.

    Dimensions:

    With a spacious design measuring 160cm x 135cm x 60cm, our birth pool offers ample room for movement and preferred birthing positions.

    White Finish:

    A white birth pool to beautifully fit into any birth space.

    Easy Setup Guide:

    Open the package to reveal your beautifully designed White Birth Pool. We recommend allowing the pool to aclimatise to room temparature for 24 hours before inflating the birth pool.

    Inflate the birth pool to its full dimensions. We recommend using an electric pump (similar to what you would use to inflate a camping air mattress).

    To fill your birth pool you will require some additional tap fittings and a drinking water hose. Because each home is unique in size and tap fittings we recommend getting these from your local hardware provider (like Bunnings).
